For a return, refund, damaged item, or incorrect item, contact jakaluso33@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos when they help us understand a product problem.

Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the applicable instructions and return destination. Do not send a return to the address printed on the parcel without confirmation.

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider. Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible; an order that has already entered shipment may require a return instead.
